Seven famous men arrive at the Yongmunsa Temple in South Korea and have to give up everything they have: clothes, watches, jewelry and mobile phones. Here they will only face themselves, without outside influence. The first day is a tough crash straight into a new reality with rock-hard training where they are pushed to their limits, driven by two legendary Shaolin masters. When the sun sets, the first thoughts arise about what they have really gotten themselves into. Even though they know that the only way forward is inward. Cast: Matias Varela, Jon Olsson, Pa Modou Badjie, Johan Jureskog, Johan Mjällby, Jan Emanuel and Filip Dikmen. Part 1 of 8.
