Deadlock

Episode 1

Deadlock

Set in an era dominated by Artificial Intelligence, Deadlock (生死困境) is an anthology series consisting of standalone sci-fi stories that explore the deep dilemmas and psychological crises humanity faces in the digital age. As AI technology advances to the point of perfectly mimicking human voices, fabricating emotions, replacing creative arts, and ultimately controlling human survival, the boundaries between reality and simulation begin to blur. Through thought-provoking fables, the series confronts a central question: When artificial intelligence can replicate every aspect of human life, how do we define our own existence?
